This is a quick typical children’s bedtime book. I knocked this down one star because of the shortness of it and that it’s not a really unique or exciting story. Most little golden books are a couple paragraphs per page in length, whereas this is about one line a page, if that. See my pictures for examples. Not exactly what I expected, but it’s still a nice book and has fun and colorful pictures. This worked fine for what I needed as a gift to a 2 yr old on her dragon themed birthday. Came on time and in good condition.
I found this book while looking for something else and I bought it to go with the little stuffed dragon for my sister for Christmas next year!!!It is a really cute story and I urge anyone to buy it for a child or an adult dragon collector!! I may have to buy a few more for my great nephews!!
This little golden book is adorable. The illustrations are well done and it’s a simple story that is great to read to little ones to teach them a bedtime routine. We read this every night and make sound effects with each page and action. Our little one loves it and mimics what we do when we read the story. I totally recommend it for your little one.
I was a little disappointed--there's almost nothing to this book. It feels like it's just a few pages with next to nothing to read. I was hoping the idea was to get the kids sleepy. But they looked more confused that it was over so quickly. The book is cute. But slight.
My 18 month old loves this book. She roars along with the little dragons and insists on reading it before bed every night. I wish there were a little more to it than there is...it’s short and a pretty baseless story...but for the early/young toddler crowd, what more do you need?
Cute story, great illustrations. Pictures are great for discussion about bedtime and routine. My son got this 2y ago and it is one that we read weekly. Love this!
Very cute bedtime story. My 2-year-old daughter loves to roar like the dragons. I like that the story includes references to the various things that happen around bedtime (brushing teeth, putting on pajamas, etc.).
Super simple book. My son loves the easy flow and simplicity of this book which for him has a calming effect. Has become our bedtime ritual to read this book, so much so that we all have it memorized by heart.
